NHN announced on the 12th that it will introduce a new work system.

The reorganization focused on the balance between business immersion and rest, based on hybrid work, which combines remote work based on office work.

First of all, the existing core time system, which was reflected in the concentrated working hours (11:00 to 16:00), will be abolished. The purple time system, which freely adjusts the working hours, is also flexible, and it is possible to set the work time freely according to the conditions without limiting the minimum working hours between 6 am and 10 pm.

There will also be a new off day where you can design your own rest. If you have a lot of work or concentrate in the monthly working hours, you will be more immersed, and if your work schedule is relaxed or in poor condition, you can relax at any time by designating the off-day. For example, if you plan for a four-day work for 10 hours a day, you can designate one day as an off-day and relax.

At the same time, the remote work system is also carried out in parallel, and every Friday, we operate the ‘MyOpis’ system where you can work anywhere you want.

The reorganized work system is scheduled to be implemented on August 1, and will be applied to NHN and NHN Payco.
