In search of reinforcements for midfield, FC Bayern has apparently outstretched its sensors in the Netherlands. A jewel of Ajax Amsterdam should be in focus.

As the Dutch daily newspaper algemeen Dagblad reports, the FC Bayern interests interest in midfielder Ryan Gravenberch. The 19-year-old is still bound to Ajax until 2023.

According to the report, talks were so far involved in early contract renewal.

Since goalkeeper Andre Onana and defender NOUSSAIR Mazraoui will leave the association free-free transfer this summer, one particularly motivated at Ajax, Gravenberch not to give a year later without severance pay. Accordingly, a transfer in the summer of 2022 would be the last chance of a high transfer fee. The leaf even speaks of a “bitter need” to give the talent already now.

Gravenberch is one of the top talents in his age group and has been in focus of numerous top clubs throughout Europe for a long time.

“Everyone knows that I’m not finished at Ajax with learning. (…) But everything I say here affects the negotiations. Luckily I do not have to worry so many things. That’s mino Raiola’s task, but everyone is constantly talking to me, “Gravenberch said recently the ajax life magazine.
